Small Recap

Ok. I have fallen off the face of the planet for a really long time. I may have a random update here and there but for the most part, my life doesn't include huge travels. All my adventures happen close to home and I am so excited for all of my little adventures. While each one is small, they are all making the my life one big adventure. Here's a small recap of what has been going on in my life.

I started school in January and I was taking 16 units. RPTA 1, 32, 106, 117 CHDV 30 and EDS 51/ASL 1. I am glad the semester is over now and I get to take a break. My breaks is kind of crazy still. I have added all I possibly can to my life.

I am working at Shriner's Children's Hospital as a RT volunteer, I work as a nanny, I am working for Starbucks, I am the Recreation Therapy Committee Chair at school and I have taken a big interest in becoming more of an active blood/platelet donor.

WOW, how I am going to add 15 units of in the Fall, I am not quite sure, but it will take a lot of organization. I know that no matter how hard it might be while in it, it will all be worth it in the end.

I am loving things at the moment. I have so many things to be grateful for and I am excited about all the things I am doing with my life. Every part makes me feel good about who I am and working to become. Google calendar has become my best friend and I even have another hard copy of my schedule just in case I need both, which I do.

Anyways, that's mostly what my life has been. It's not glamorous but I am loving it.

Much Love,
Chérie

Camping at Ocean Cove

I went camping for Memorial Day weekend. I didn't anticipate having the time off, but when I realized I did, Becka and I put together a quick camping trip. Here are some of the pictures.

The pictures are out of order because I took some on my phone and some on my camera.

Stillwater Cove

 Ocean Cove

Make a girl miss being "home".

The entrance to Stillwater Cove

 Some pretty flowers we saw

 Are we in the jungle?

 Watch out yo!

View from my tent. Now the wind makes sense. We are literally camping on a cliff along the ocean.

 Going on a walk

 Pretty Path

Meadow

 Canopy

A Cove.... I dont think it had a name?

I'm thinking this was a house.... it's kind of a scary looking house.

This is a boat ramp.... insanity!

Sitting reading a book and this was my view

We found an abalone shell. Isn't it pretty.

Why are there mounds of dirt everywhere? They look like dinosaur poop.

Oh yes, like I needed reminding that I am back in America. These guys were so annoying blaring their music.

How cute! Their tent has a doggie door!

Ocean Cove store... too cute.

Take Me Away

I would love to see more than what is in this video, but this video does cover a lot. To be able to travel this much would be a dream.

Dreaming of wanderlust....

It's Time

I am normally very careful about what I put on here, but if this post ever becomes the reason I don't receive a job, make a friend, find a lover, or am included in something, then I don't want it in my life.

Much Love,
Chérie

Meet Corbyn

Everyone, meet Corbyn.
He is my nephew and baby to my best friend, Rebecka.

He is so cute and I just want to smother him in love.

He just turned one, yesterday, and he reminds me of Chunk from the Goonies. He is so chunky it's adorable. He has so much personality, as you can see in the picture. He is absolutely incredible.

I hope this combination picture makes you laugh as it makes me laugh.

Much Love and Laughter,
Chérie

Meet Lincoln

Everyone, meet Lincoln.

He isn't my cat, but for the time being, he kind of is.

As many of you know, I am helping a friend out with her house and Lincoln while she travels around the world. ( I know, can't we all be her!)

So this is Lincoln. He has been interesting lately. He insists on sleeping ON ME or so close to me that I can't move while sleeping. I find it incredibly annoying and uncomfortable that I close my door most the time when sleeping now. However, when I am out in the living room, kitchen, sitting on the couch, or any time he can get to me, he does.

It is funny, because I have never had cats. I have always considered myself a dog person, but I think my inability to have cats (brother is allergic) lead me to believe that. But I am finding out I like cats. Lincoln is very funny.

Check out what he did today. Luckily I had my computer on my lap and I could capture the moment.

HAHA, well I wanted to introduce you to Lincoln and this was the perfect moment to show off how much personality cats have, who knew!

Much Love,
Chérie
